Double 02 Salvage guarantees customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase from us, please read and follow our Return Instructions and Policies that appear below:

1. All new parts have at least a 1 year warranty, with some items having a longer warranty.
   (Please contact us for details.)
   
2. All used parts have a 90 day warranty - no more and no less.
   
3. Special orders, electrical and fuel-related items are not returnable - whether new or used.
   (Please understand this when you make the purchase.)
   
4. We recommend that you call or e-mail us before you ship a returned item, especially if you do not understand our Return Instructions and Policies.
   
5. All items must be returned to us in the original box [especialy cores] and must include all original packing material.
   
6. All refunds will be made via a Double 02 Salvage company check.
   (This means NO cash refunds.)
   
7. We will pay for the cost of shipping a returned item - if the error was ours.
   (We will do this by issuing a UPS Call Tag.)
